LS
The ls command list directory contents.
Usage:
ls [OPTION] [FILE]
DISPLAY OPTIONS
-1list one file per line-Clist entries by columns-luse a long listing format-F, --classifyappend indicator to entries-A, --almost-alldo not list implied . and ..-a, --alldo not ignore entries starting with .--group-directories-firstgroup directories before files
FILTERING AND SORTING OPTIONS
-tsort by time, newest first-Ssort by file size, largest first-r, --reversereverse order while sorting-R, --recursivelist subdirectories recursively--sort=WORDsort by WORD instead of name: none (-U), size (-S), time (-t), version (-v), extension (-X)
LONG VIEW OPTIONS
--authorprint the author of each file-i, --inodelist each file's inode number-h, --human-readableprint sizes like 1K 234M 2G etc
